Hello there,

I am trying to update to Operating System V03.47.00 on my MS906 TS.  When I go to the Maxisys Update link, it shows that I have an OS update (308.97M).  It appears to download just fine, but after downloading, it says "Installing..." and doesn't appear to be doing anything.  I let it sit there "installing" for a couple of nights thinking maybe the OS update would take a while...but nothing has changed.  Still stuck on "Installing..."

Any ideas for what I can do?  I'd like to do the OS upgrade, then purchase a software upgrade and get my tool updated to the most recent software.
